It Turns Out…I’m A “Woo” Girl

I’ve always been a really pragmatic person…

If I can’t see it, I don’t believe it.

While I haven’t been an atheist, I have been a very strong agnostic.

However, over the years I’ve become more and more “woo.”

I believe in the power of the universe, and that it is on your side.

I believe in a force that is bigger than me – a friendly force that is out there for each of us.

In my core, I am still really logical.

But in the past year, my boundaries have been tested a couple of times.

I am achieving my goals.

And I have been happier than ever before.

But I’ve noticed a problem: as I get closer and closer to what I’m attuned to, I get a physical sensation of shutting down.

For instance, on New Year’s Day, when I sat down for my annual ritual of tallying my numbers from the year before…I discovered I exceeded my goals and made more money than I had ever made before.

While the first sensation was elation, it didn’t take long before I started to feel my body shutting down.

It felt like it was in my heart.

And I didn’t know what to do.

I realized I had reached a point where I could no longer do it myself.

I needed to get help so I wouldn’t regress.

Over the years I have used many specialists and coaches.

But, I have never really reached out to anyone who worked in the space of energy and light…

Until now.

That feeling I had on New Year’s Day showed me that there is something I can’t see working to hold me back.

Something outside of my belief system.

Something outside of my comfort zone.

If left to its own devices, it can stop me in the same way that lottery winners lose all their money.

They revert back to where they feel comfortable.

Well, I am not going to let that happen.

So, now I have people in my life who hold the “woo” part, and keep it in the light.

And let me tell you, 2016 is shaping up to be an even better year than the last.

I am excited and confident I will exceed my goals – and if I start to slip, I have the support I need to keep moving forward.

What about you? Do you “woo?”

Until then… stay passionate!

I’m a total woo girl, except I call it ‘woo-woo’. “There are more things in heaven and earth than are dreamed of…” I get daily ‘Notes from the Universe’, I have many woo- woo friends; an intuitive & energy healer, hypnotherapist & Reiki master and even a numerologist. I also have lots of Christian friends with whom I don’t discuss the woo-woo stuff. We are all in each other’s lives for some reason.
I don’t feel energy but according to one of my friends I hold it and move it well. I don’t see, sense or feel the Light but I know It’s always there for me. I can’t see, sense or hear my Angels & Guides but they’ve helped me more times than I can count.
I send Love out to the world every day and that little step has brought me countless blessings.
    Thanks for the great post!
